SIX CHARACTERS IN SEARCH OF AN AUTHOR
Adapted from Luigi Pirandello
Commissioned by the Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble and produced in a co-production between Bloomsburg University Players and the Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble at the Alvina Krause Theatre, Bloomsburg, PA. February 23 through March 12, 2023.

SEMI-PERMANENT
Emma, a first-year journalism major, returns to her small hometown in Northern Maine following the recent suicide of one of her dearest friends, a popular high school senior whose religious family was vehemently opposed to his being gay. Her personal and “professional” investigation follows an unconventional and very public path.

Mary Inigo Calkins, one of the first psychologists in the 1890s, strives to legitimize synesthesia (especially “color hearing”) in the eyes of her colleagues and the world.

JOURNEYMAN OF BREUCKELEN
Synopsis: In the early 1600s, a storyteller–an outsider, enters Dutch Breuckelen to learn the community’s story and to challenge them with his own.
