Artistic Director, The Artful Conspirators, New York, NY, 2007-2014
Founder of theater collective dedicated to including the audience in the theatre-making process.  Innovative new works include 30 ideas, 3 of them good, in which the audience voted on the 3 best and 1 worst theatrical idea.  The winner, Leaving IKEA, became a full production in 2012. Other new works included A Lesson in Art, The Oral Tradition, and the Open Rehearsal Series in which new plays were developed.

Director of Education, Roundabout Theatre Company, New York, NY, 2006-2008
Lead the $1.1 million program, 6 full time staff and roster of 40 professional teaching artists to provide New York City schools with highest quality theater education across all areas of the core curriculum. Collaborated with Roundabout staff to ensure that subscribers, students and teachers are engaged in the work. As Education Program Manager 2006-07 upgraded communication systems and operating protocols.

Artistic Director, CityKids Repertory Company, New York, NY, 2005-2006
Reinvigorated a company through management of Musical Director, Coordinator & young performers. Helmed the creation of original dramatic pieces, dances & songs and collaborated with guest artists. Cast, rehearsed and executed performances in NYC, PA, CT at Tribeca Film Festival, Grand Central Station, Arthur Ashe Kids Day at US Open, Soho Playhouse and other high profile venues.

Associate Artistic Director & Education Associate, Mile Square Theatre, Hoboken, NJ, 2002-2006
Collaborated with Hoboken Historical Museum to create theater workshops for the public and local schools. Devised education materials and facilitated for MST’s Othello
Created running order, coordinated artist communication & sound design for “7th Inning Stretch”. Maintained company website and devised marketing strategies & outreach for the company.

Director of Education Outreach, Seattle Children’s Theatre, Seattle, WA, 1996-2000
Developed & taught workshop and residencies to Pre-K to 12th,  college level,  teachers, and docents. Mentored a staff of 30 Teaching Artists and program Coordinator, collaborated with more staff of 30+. Reached 18,000 students at 400 sites—public and private schools, art museums,  universities, theatres, community centers—in 75 cities, quadrupling in size and scope in a five-year span
